Welcome to Kamaole Beach Royale #310, located in the heart of Kihei, Maui!. Enjoy a spectacular views of the ocean, beaches and neighboring islands in this recently remodeled condo!
This condo has just been completely remodeled and is brand new to the rental market! Welcome to Kamaole Beach Royale 310!
The space comfortably sleeps 6, with new beds in each room. The primary bedroom features a brand new king bed, an office space for remote work, an ocean view, access to the double lanai, extra closet space, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom features a brand new king size bed, and the living room has a brand new queen sleeper sofa. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo, allowing for a nice separation of space. The is a brand new split AC system with handlers in each of the bedrooms and living room for your cooling comfort. The upgraded kitchen is fully stocked with all of your culinary needs to cook meals at home. You will experience panoramic ocean views from much of the space in the condo. There is high-speed wifi and smart TVs.
We stock beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella for our guests, so you are beach ready!
Kamaole Beach Royale is located right across the street from Kamaole Beach #1 in South Kihei. Kamaole Beach #1 is one of three famous beaches within easy walking distance of this complex. The condo is also close to a wide range of shopping and restaurants ranging from local fast food, ice cream, to fabulous seafood and fine dining as well as rental shops for snorkeling and beach equipment within a block of the condo. There is also access to a rooftop terrace with BBQs and picnic tables, as well as a pool on the ground floor level.

Cancellation Policies and Options:
Travel Insurance – Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties. All of the major booking sites offer trip insurance that you can purchase at time of booking. Also, many credit cards do offer some sort of travel reimbursement as terms of their program, please check with your credit card company as well, should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation on.
For bookings without Travel Insurance, we have the below options:
Cancellations - 30 Days or More before check-in, Renters will receive a Full Refund, minus a $99.00 Administrative Fee
Cancellation 29 Days or Less before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental amount. The total rental includes all charges on the paid-in-full invoice.
There are NO Refunds for Early Departure.

Just a fantastic location with ocean views, 1 min walk to great beach, across street from great food, cafe, and bakery. Wonderful stay with plenty of room for our family of 6.

We had a girls trip to Maui in April. Some were hesitant about a condo vs a resort hotel but were pleasantly surprised with our stay. There were 4 of us & there was plenty of space in the condo with the 2 bed/2 bath. The property was just as pictured, close to food & across the street from the beach- where, even so late in the season we saw whales! The property was clean & even provided additionals such as beach chairs & towels & laundry detergent. Which really made it nice to go home with clean clothes. I would highly recommend Kamaole Beach Royale for your next Kihei visit!!

Great condo in a superb location. Half block to the beach and close to many many restaurants and shops. Condo was redone and nicely outfitted. Balconies off both living room and master bedroom. Great views when eating breakfast or lunch.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. The location is wonderful. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and right across from a fantastic beach. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this condo for other couples, friends and families. The building is very quiet too. It would be great if there was a toaster for the kitchen and maybe snorkel gear. We’ve had both these items at previous rentals and missed them here. These were just minor issues and doesn’t change our view on staying at this beautiful condo.

We stayed at Kamaole Beach Royale 310 for 10 days over New Year’s and we had a fantastic time. The apartment is really nice (I love that it’s just been remodeled): tastefully decorated, even more spacious than it looks on pictures, comfortable beds and with plenty of storage!
We are a family of 5 and we stayed very comfortably.
Location was super convenient with proximity to beaches and to restaurants/shops. Also, very quite at night (it’s very important for me to sleep in a quite area).
The management is also extremely nice: We had to reach out for an issue with the dishwasher and the problem was resolved right away.
I will definitely book this unit again when we come back to Maui!
Excellent accommodations! Beautifully remodeled with an inviting coastal design. Light and airy with a lovely ocean view. Great location...across the street from the ocean and conveniently located steps to shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. Loved the split a/c’s, too. Excellent communication from Kristen, the Property Manger. Clear and easy check-in and check-out instructions. Thank you for the great stay!
